These Terms & Conditions describe how Super Car Deluxe LLC operates and how transportation services are provided. For bespoke events, multi-day itineraries, or special contracts, customized agreements may apply in addition to these general terms.

Super Car Deluxe LLC (“Super Car Deluxe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides pre-arranged ground transportation services, including airport transfers, point-to-point rides, and event transportation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a ride, paying a deposit, or using any of our services or communication channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all clients, passengers, and anyone acting on their behalf when arranging transportation with Super Car Deluxe LLC.

3. Definitions

  • “Client” / “you” / “your” – the person or entity booking and/or paying for the service.
  • “Passenger” / “cadet” – any individual being transported in the vehicle.
  • “Ride” / “Trip” – any transportation service scheduled and/or provided by Super Car Deluxe.
  • “Shared ride” – a ride where passengers from multiple bookings share the same vehicle, schedule, or route.
  • “Private ride” – a ride reserved exclusively for one booking party.

4. Scope of Services

We provide pre-booked ground transportation with professional chauffeurs, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers (e.g., JFK, LGA, EWR, HPN)
  • Transfers to and from West Point and surrounding areas
  • Corporate, event, and special-occasion transportation
  • Other point-to-point and hourly services as agreed in writing

Specific vehicle types (sedan, SUV, sprinter, etc.) are subject to availability. We may upgrade or substitute a vehicle of equal or higher class at no extra cost if required.

We do not provide on-demand taxi services; all rides must be scheduled in advance.

5. Booking & Confirmation

A ride is considered requested when you submit details via our booking form, email, text, or phone. A ride is considered confirmed only when:

  • We send you a written confirmation (email or text message) with trip details, and
  • Any required deposit or prepayment has been received by Super Car Deluxe.

You are responsible for reviewing all details in your confirmation (date, time, pickup location, drop-off, passenger name, flight details, etc.) and notifying us immediately of any errors.

For shared rides, pickup times are scheduled based on the overall group routing and may require flexibility from all passengers. We will provide an estimated pickup window and may adjust it as needed for traffic, weather, or flight changes.

6. Pricing, Deposits & Payment

Pricing is based on vehicle type, route, number of passengers, date/time, and any surcharges disclosed at the time of booking.

  • We may require a deposit (for example, 50% or a specified amount) to secure the booking.
  • The remaining balance, if any, will be due as indicated in your confirmation (prior to pickup or upon completion of the ride).
  • Accepted payment methods may include Zelle, Venmo, credit/debit cards, or approved corporate billing, as listed in your confirmation.

Tipping your chauffeur is optional but always appreciated, unless a gratuity is pre-arranged for special events or corporate accounts.

Additional charges may apply for extra stops, route changes, extended wait time beyond the complimentary window, late-night or holiday surcharges, or cleaning fees in the event of excessive spillage, damage, or soiling.

7. Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows

Our detailed Cancellation Policy may be provided separately within your confirmation. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup may receive a partial refund or 50% refund of the full fare.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup or no-shows may be charged the full fare and may be non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 4 hours of pickup are typically treated as non-refundable, and the full fare may be charged.

In the case of airline-verified flight cancellations or documented medical emergencies, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund, partial refund, or credit for future rides. Proof may be required, and you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

A no-show occurs when the passenger fails to appear at the pickup location within the agreed wait time and no contact is made with our team. No-shows may be charged the full fare.

Any changes to pickup time, location, passenger count, or route are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

8. Wait Time & Flight Monitoring

We may offer a complimentary wait period (for example, 15 minutes for non-airport pickups). After this, additional wait-time charges may apply.

For airport pickups, we generally monitor flights based on the flight number you provide. However, you remain responsible for informing us of any changes, cancellations, or missed flights as soon as possible.

Significant delays, cancellations, or last-minute changes may require rescheduling and could be treated as a cancellation depending on timing and availability.

9. Passenger Conduct & Safety

For the safety of all passengers and chauffeurs:

  • Seatbelts must be worn where required by law.
  • Smoking or vaping, illegal drug use, or abusive/disorderly behavior is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
  • The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if passenger behavior is unsafe, illegal, or abusive. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Minors and cadets must have appropriate authorization or arrangement from a parent, guardian, or authorized representative, as required by our internal policy.

10. Luggage & Personal Property

Luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle booked meets your luggage needs.

Super Car Deluxe is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items or luggage brought into the vehicle, unless caused directly by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Please check the vehicle for personal items before exiting. Any returns or shipping of left items may incur additional charges.

11. Service Interruptions & Force Majeure

We strive to arrive on time and complete all scheduled rides as agreed. However, we are not liable for delays or service failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe traffic, accidents, or road closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Mechanical breakdowns despite regular maintenance
  • Government actions, strikes, or emergencies
  • Flight delays or cancellations

In the event of a breakdown or operational issue, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a substitute vehicle or alternative solution. Our maximum obligation will be limited to the amount paid for the affected portion of the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Car Deluxe LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, business, or opportunity
  • Any claims arising from third-party services such as airlines, hotels, or other carriers

Our total liability in connection with any single trip or related claim shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific trip, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Insurance

Our vehicles are insured in accordance with the requirements of the applicable jurisdiction for commercial passenger transportation.

This coverage is not a substitute for your own travel, health, or property insurance. You are encouraged to maintain appropriate coverage for your personal needs.

14. Website Use, Content & Intellectual Property

All content on our website(s), including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Super Car Deluxe LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Any unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or branding is strictly prohibited.

15. Privacy & Communications

By booking or contacting us, you consent to us using the contact information you provide (phone, email, messaging apps) to send:

  • Booking confirmations and updates
  • Driver details and ride reminders
  • Important notices related to your trip

We treat your personal information with care and use it primarily to manage bookings, provide services, and improve our operations. A separate Privacy Policy may apply and will be available on our website if provided.

16. Credits, Refunds & Future Rides

In some cases, instead of a direct refund, you may choose (or we may offer) a credit towards a future ride. Any such credit:

  • Will be documented via email or text
  • May be subject to an expiration date or conditions
  • Must be mentioned at the time of the future booking so it can be applied correctly

Failure to mention a credit at the time of booking may result in full payment being charged without automatic application of that credit.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles (update this if your registration is in a different state).

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between you and Super Car Deluxe LLC.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes may be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the appropriate county in New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
